Handbalancing

I started to do handbalancing as my main discipline at school (SaSak). I am fascinated by the aesthetic of handbalancing. That how you can make so hard discipline look so easy and beautiful.

I like to use handstand canes and the stage versatile. I don't just do handstands, I go under, over and between the canes. I like to compound dance acrobatics to my handbalancing numbers to make them versatile.

Duo handbalancing

Linnea Lohela & Ada Sainio

We are not just a normal handbalancing duo with Ada. I am 22 cm shorter than Ada. That is one of ours strenghts. We do different kind of shapes on our bodies but also very symmetrical ones.

We met with Ada when we started school (SaSak) in 2020. Very soon we started to practice together and realized that we can do so many cool things together. We stand out from the rest because of our lengths but also because we have our own style to do tricks.
